The record is not there
The reader beeps. The box moves. The decode is not stored as a searchable production history with operator, timestamp, line, and what the camera saw.
MILO Code
A vision station for barcode reading in regulated rooms. 1D and 2D codes on the line, reject when the code fails, and every decode written to a database your quality team can search when a recall hits.
The problem
Plants already have barcode readers on the line. The read happens at the camera and stops there. When a recall hits, Quality cannot pull every decode for that lot, line, and window from one place.

Live camera, decode on the overlay, GOOD or FAIL, last-100 log, and a plant database of every product decode. Reject when the code fails.
The record
MILO Code is the audit trail for recalls. Quality logs in and searches the decodes for that lot, line, and window. The trail is attributable: who was on the station, when the read happened, and what the camera saw as the code.
The station is built so your quality team can plan validation against 21 CFR Part 11 electronic records, FSMA including 21 CFR 117, and FDA QMSR on that system. Emergency stop stays hardwired on the PLC.
On the floor
Shop photographs of the HMI, the panel, and the CAD. This is the station, not a named customer line.
Live camera on the code, GOOD or FAIL, last-100 log. Every decode written to the plant database.
PLC, HMI, and field wiring in one cabinet. Emergency stop stays hardwired on the PLC.
CAD of the inspection and robotics system in the shop. Frame, lighting, and path specified with the panel.
Questions
A compact barcode reading and traceability station for regulated manufacturing. It reads 1D and 2D codes, rejects product that fails the criteria, and stores every reading in a plant-level database.
The read is not kept as a complete, searchable production history. MILO Code writes every decode, with timestamp, operator, line, facility, and custom fields, so Quality can answer where the product went in minutes instead of days.
The HMI with live camera, decode overlay, GOOD or FAIL, and last-100 log. A plant database of every product decode. The panel, PLC, and mechanical path specified as one station. Emergency stop stays hardwired on the PLC.
Software trial
Your name, plant, phone, and the problem on the line. We send the trial software to that email. The station on the floor is a separate engagement.
