- Intro and discoveryTell us the product, the defect that is getting out, and whether a station is already on the line and failing.
- Sample testingIf a camera can see the defect, we agree which good parts and bad parts to send. You get the conclusion in writing.
- Design and quoteThe written conclusion comes before a proposal or a price. Long-lead hardware is bought against a purchase order.
