Name the plant, the industry, and the application on the line. A photo of the station, the part family, or the reject helps us specify camera, lighting, and the mechanical path. The usual first engagement is a diagnostic on one system with outputs inhibited until you release automatic mode.

We specify mixed vendors already on your floor — Cognex, Keyence, Siemens, Rockwell, Fanuc, and others — into one commissioned system. MILO Inspector runs on the HMI. Emergency stop, light curtains, and interlocks stay hardwired on the PLC. Food, beverage, packaging, pharmaceutical, and medical-device rooms, including FDA, FSMA, and QMSR work with your quality team.
