Your integrator disappeared. Your machines didn't.

A support plan for the PLCs and HMIs on your floor, ours or someone else's. Backups you hold, remote help through a gateway your plant owns, and next-business-day response.

Who it is for

Who is a support plan for?

If this is you

The original integrator is gone

No documentation, no backups, and nobody to call when a screen freezes.

If this is you

No controls engineer on staff

Maintenance keeps the line running, but nobody owns the PLC programs.

If this is you

A system we just built

Keep it backed up and supported after site acceptance.

What you get

What the plan covers.

Support plan

Coverage
Up to three PLCs or HMIs at one site.
Backups
Monthly backups with version history, kept off site, with a copy for you.
Response
Next business day during business hours. Same day for a line-down emergency. We do not sell 24/7 coverage.
Remote help
A set number of remote hours each month, only through a logged gateway your plant owns and your IT approves. Nothing on the PLC is exposed to the internet.
Health check
A yearly health and obsolescence report, and a restore test.
If we are unavailable
You hold current backups, passwords and documents, so your plant is never locked to us.

Onboarding

Inventory
Every device, catalog number and firmware version on the plan.
Recovery
Programs recovered and backed up.
Documents
What we find, written down.
Access
Remote access set up on the plant-owned gateway.

How it works

How does a JM Automated Solutions support plan start?

01–03

The same start as every JM job

Tell us about the system, a 20-minute call, then a written, fixed quote within 2 business days. See how every JM project starts.

04

Onboarding invoice, then the setup

You pay onboarding. We inventory every device, recover and back up the programs, and set up remote access.

05

The plan starts

Monthly backups, remote help and next-business-day response. Any assessment fee you already paid comes off onboarding.

For a support plan, onboarding takes the place of the assessment: we inventory and back up everything before the plan starts. We support systems we did not build. Tell us the PLC and HMI platforms in the form; we confirm before we quote.
