Fix it. Keep it running.

For lines that keep stopping, PLCs that are out of support, and rejects nobody can explain. Every job starts with a fixed-fee assessment.

How we work

How does a project with JM Automated Solutions run?

01

Tell us about the system

Five minutes: the machine, what controls it, and what keeps going wrong. Photos of the panel and nameplates help.

02

A 20-minute call

We ask the questions that change the price: program files, I/O count, networks, shutdown windows.

03

A written quote within 2 business days

Fixed fee, written scope, and what is not included. No open-ended hourly work.

04

Assessment invoice, then the visit

You pay the assessment. We do the work on site or on the bench and send a written report.

05

Build quote with the fee credited

If you go ahead with the build, the assessment fee comes off the build quote.

Every service starts the same way. Support plans start with onboarding instead of an assessment.
