We start on one system. Then we ship it.

A paid dry run on one station, two to four weeks, with reject outputs disabled until you release automatic mode.

How it runs

Kickoff, dry run, then site acceptance.

Kickoff

I/O, samples, and the costly defect

What is being scored, what must reject or hold, and who sits at the HMI. We walk the station, or you send parts and a device list. That walk-down becomes the scope you can buy against.

Dry run

Live on the station, reject outputs disabled

Operators see recommended rejects while reject outputs stay disabled. You see how your operators handle borderline parts before automatic mode is released.

Release

Site acceptance

Automatic outputs are enabled after you sign the dry run. Site acceptance, operator sign-off, punch list closed. The system is then yours, with support after site acceptance.

What we buy and stand up

Cameras, panel, mechanical work, program, commission.

Long-lead hardware is ordered against a purchase order and a deposit. You accept the system at site acceptance on your floor.
