These are the plants we build for. Quality, plant engineering, and operations typically call when product is escaping, false rejects are stopping the line, or there is no record of who overrode a fail. FDA, FSMA, 21 CFR Part 11, and QMSR are planned with your quality team on that station.

Food
Washdown inspection.
Fill, seal, label, code, and foreign material. Camera and lighting sit in a washdown frame. Reject or hold happens on the line, and the log sits with the system. FDA / FSMA work, including 21 CFR 117 preventive controls, is planned with your quality team on that station.
Beverage
Bottling and case
Fill, cap, label, and case. Camera or checkweigher on the line. Reject or hold at the HMI, with the log attached to that station for FDA / FSMA rooms.
Packaging
After the filler
Case, carton, film, and print. A new SKU or an idle inspection head is a typical call. Changeover keeps the last reject in the log so the next shift can see it.
Pharmaceutical
Visual inspection
Camera result, named operator at the HMI, and the log written before the reject. Built for 21 CFR Part 211 visual inspection rooms. 21 CFR Part 11 electronic records validation is planned with you on the system when the room requires it.
